I've been in the health care industry since 1969, and a Doctor of Chiropractic since 1984. 

Even though I'm presently "retired" from having an office from which to treat patients, I've seen, and continue to see, a lot of good and bad information "out there" especially concerning weight loss, food and "diets".

The Food YOU Choose is Absolutely Critical to Your Success

The FOOD you'll be eating and NOT eating during these 12 Weeks is Totally CRITICAL to your success. 

I've provided for you three food options during these 12 Weeks...

  • Probably the MOST convenient, nutritious, delicious and inexpensive food "delivery" program during these 90 days is from a company here in the Dallas, TX area called Meal Balance.  Once you finish the 12 Weeks you can either stay with Meal Balance or order just half of what you were ordering.  Presently they only ship their foods to home addresses in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.  If you live outside of those four States then please use the next option below.

  • I put you on a proven program of protein, mix of good fats, fiber from vegetables and nuts, seeds, berries and low sugar fruits eating program where you will be "counting critical CARBOHYDRATES" - but its easy to do with dramatic benefits for you.  You'll receive my help in determining the best foods to purchase from your grocery store for your 12 Week Course when you become my Client.   Keep in mind that this LOW CARB-NO SUGAR way of eating is NOT just during the 12 Week Course, rather its a life long way to eat so as to maintain a high energy level, balance your hormones, decrease high cholesterol and triglyceride levels and to keep your desired weight stable throughout your life.

  • If you're already on a "special diet plan" such as the Atkins, The Biggest Loser, The Fat Flush Plan, The Hamptons Diet, The Maker's Diet, The Protein Diet, The Rosedale Diet, The Scarsdale Diet, Sugar Busters, Vegetarian, The Zone, or any number of other "diet" programs out there, you can easily incorporate it into the 12 Week Course.  If you're on any one of those diets and you don't get the results you want during their first six weeks, I'd strongly urge that you switch over to either of the above two options.
